Shipping & Returns

We will do our best to ship orders on the same business day if they are received by 2:00 pm, PST. If an order cannot be shipped the same business day it is received, it will be shipped the next business day.

Our shipping charges are a flat rate based on the total order amount (see US shipping charges below), with the exception of extra heavy or large (over 4lbs) items. Individual products that weigh more than 4lbs may have a shipping and handling fee associated with them and is regardless of the order total. The flat rates apply to shipments by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail within the continental US. Areas outside the continental US may have additional shipping fees based on location. Other UPS shipping options are available at standard UPS rates based on weight and distance.

• $11.75 for orders up to $64.99*
• FREE for orders over $65.00*

*Orders that require shipping charges in excess of $20 may be subject to a shipping fee applied to your order. You may request that we use your own shipping account but please do so prior to placing your order. Orders with total value greater than $1,500.00 will be charged shipping. 

*Orders that contain heavy weight products may be charged an excess weight shipping fee. Depending on your location in the US, you may see a cost increase in shipping for orders under $65. 

Hawaii, Alaska and countries outside the US may have an additional handling fee applied to the stated shipping charges.

Order Pick Up

To pick up an order, please visit our office located at: 9800 Harbour Place, Suite 208, Mukilteo, WA 98275. Office hours are Monday – Thursday, 9:00am-4:00pm and Friday 9:00am-2:00pm Pacific Standard Time. For directions, please contact customer service at 800-458-0891.

We are closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.

If orders are not picked up 14 days after the order date, the product will be considered forfeited and returned to inventory. A refund will not be issued. If you require to hold product longer than 14 days past the order date, please contact us immediately and notify us.

If you have requested Order Pick Up when placing your order, we will not ship the product to you unless shipping is paid for separately in accordance with our Shipping Rates.

Heat Sensitive Shipping Policy

We care about the integrity of our product and have found that it is important some items be shipped on ice, depending on the weather in your area. Heat sensitive products are subject to special shipping requirements and will only be shipped USPS 2 day air, Monday-Wednesday.

Nutra Northwest will not accept any returns due to heat sensitivity if the practitioner has refused our recommendations. If a customer chooses to opt out of sending their heat sensitive items USPS 2nd day air and refrigerated, they are accepting responsibility for the order and agree to the fact that we will not accept the return of the heat sensitive item.

Product Availability

Product availability is subject to stock on hand. Nutra Northwest tries to have sufficient inventory in stock, but cannot always guarantee availability due to the occasional backorder from our vendors. Please visit our website,, for specific product information and features.

Return and Refund Policy

Inspect all shipments within 36 hours of receiving your package. A return request past that receipt time period will not be considered for product return, refund or exchange. All returns must be approved before sending the product(s) back to our warehouse.

Once you have received approval from our customer service team, please make sure to include a copy of your original packing slip or invoice in the return shipment. Product returns are allowed 20 Days from the date of purchase, and the product packaging must be unmarked and in unopened condition. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Perishable and opened products are not returnable. All refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned product(s).

Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that has been damaged, save the original box and all its contents and call our customer service team or your sales representative immediately and provide them with the order number. We will make every effort to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
